With the days getting shorter and darker by the minute it is time for some easy and not so dark music for those cold and windy days. Something to warm you up.
One of my faveourite bands is Seabear with their singer Sindri Már Sigfússon. Most of what he did so far has been described as experimental and colorful dream pop/indie/folk with astounding results. And the same can be said about his solo project Sin Fang Bous, which he now shortened to Sin Fang.
Seabear shows off with a lot of instrumentation and vocals. They had their first success with their 2007 released album The Ghost That Carried Us Away and released their second album We Built a Fire in 2010. Both bands are worth listening to and seems like all of the artists are multitalented (as apparently many Icelanders are) and are engaged in other solo-, band-, and visual arts projects.
